Terms & Conditions — j999 Platform Rules & User Agreement

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the j999 website accessible at j999.io and all associated services, features, games, and functionality made available thereunder.
• "j999", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to the operator of the j999 platform and all its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees.
• "User", "Player", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held within a Player's Account, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳), comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds designated as such.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spin winnings, or bonus amounts credited to an Account by j999 as part of a promotion, welcome offer, or other incentive scheme.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a specified amount must be wagered before associated Bonus Funds or winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a game outcome, sports market, or other event offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures applied by j999 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and place of residence.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole transaction currency of the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and j999. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

j999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, j999 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. j999 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at any time and failure to provide satisfactory evidence will result in immediate Account suspension.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a registered self-excluded player on the j999 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of j999 or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You undertake to update your Account details promptly if any information changes.
• You are registering for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial, professional, or syndicated betting purposes.

Each Player may hold only one Account at any given time. The opening of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is prohibited. Where j999 identifies duplicate Accounts, it reserves the right to close all such Accounts and to forfeit all Balances, Bonus Funds, and pending withdrawals held within them.

Upon successful registration, j999 will create an Account in your name. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

j999 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify j999 support immediately by contacting us at the support email address published on the Platform.

j999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account for any of the following reasons, without limitation:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required time frame;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider in relation to transactions on the Account;
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming Policy;
• Inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the Player, j999 reserves the right to retain all funds in the Account Balance, including real-money funds, pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is established, funds will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable processing period.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). j999 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and major international card networks including Visa and Mastercard where available.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method. j999 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice, provided that any change will apply only to transactions initiated after the effective date of the change.

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have passed full KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed.
• All applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the maximum withdrawal limit applicable to your account tier at the time of the request.
• j999 reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm the source of funds for withdrawals above a specified threshold, as required by applicable financial regulations.

j999 does not charge a processing fee for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply independent fees or processing delays outside of j999's control. j999 is not responsible for any such third-party fees or delays.

j999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise specified in the offer terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all j999 promotions:

1. Bonus offers are available only to Players who have completed full account registration and KYC verification.
2. Each promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer. Uncompleted wagering and associated bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
4. j999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will be permitted to complete the wagering requirement under the original terms.
5. Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until all Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.
6. j999 reserves the right to disqualify any Player from a promotion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to satisfy Wagering Requirements, exploiting errors in promotional terms, or participating in coordinated bonus farming activity.

All Bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game rules published within each game or sports market, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules will prevail in respect of the specific game or market to which they relate.

j999 reserves the right to void any Bet in the following circumstances, without limitation:

• The Bet was placed on an event or market that was published in error;
• The odds displayed at the time of the Bet were materially incorrect due to a technical error;
• The outcome of the Bet was influenced by collusion, match-fixing, or other irregular activity;
• The Player placed the Bet after the event or game outcome was already determined;
• j999 reasonably believes the Bet was placed using prohibited automated software or scripts.

In-play sports betting markets may be suspended or voided if the live data feed is interrupted or if the integrity of the market cannot be guaranteed. j999 will not be liable for any loss arising from the voiding of a Bet under these circumstances.

All game outcomes on the j999 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied by our third-party game providers. j999 does not influence, control, or interfere with game outcomes in any way.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may result in referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering activity or any transaction involving proceeds of crime;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place Bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players in live dealer games, poker, or any other multi-player game format;
• Engaging in any form of systematic bonus abuse or coordinated promotional exploitation;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any portion of the Platform's software, design, or content;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling.

j999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe, enjoyable environment for all Players. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools that Players may activate at any time from within their Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Players who believe their gambling is becoming problematic are encouraged to make use of these tools immediately and to contact j999 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and will remain in effect for the period selected by the Player. j999 will not accept deposits from or process Bets for a Player who is under an active self-exclusion.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, layouts, and design elements — is the intellectual property of j999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any Platform content;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software;
• Use any j999 trademark, logo, or brand identifier without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in civil or criminal liability. j999 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in the event of such unauthorised use.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j999 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity.

j999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. j999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or interruptions to third-party services including payment processors and game providers.

j999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

j999 implements industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and j999 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

j999 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers strictly for the purpose of delivering Platform services (including payment processing, identity verification, and game delivery), subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

j999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version of the Terms, with the effective date indicated at the top of this page, shall always be accessible on the Platform.

Where j999 makes material changes to these Terms, it will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request closure of your Account before the effective date of the change. Deposits made and Bets placed after the effective date will be governed by the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

Players are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an Account or placing any Bet. j999 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available in all locations.

Any dispute between a Player and j999 shall first be referred to j999 customer support for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable time, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other legal remedy.

For matters relating to responsible gaming, self-exclusion, or account closure, please mark your message clearly with the subject "Responsible Gaming Request" so that it is routed to the appropriate team without delay.
